1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing the Qareeb website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not order from us. From time to time we may update these Terms, as described below.

2. Who can order

To place an order you need a valid Egyptian mobile number that is reachable on WhatsApp; we use it to confirm your order and to reach you about delivery. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

• Provide accurate, current information, including a correct governorate, delivery address and contact number.
• Your phone number is your identity with us; do not order on behalf of someone who has not agreed to receive the goods and pay for them.
• Tell us on WhatsApp immediately if you did not place an order that was confirmed under your number.

3. Orders and availability

When you place an order, we prepare it from our own stock and hand it to a courier who delivers it to your address.

• All products and prices are subject to availability and may change without notice; an order is accepted only once we confirm it.
• We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Delivery days are estimates by governorate and may be affected by the courier, weather or demand.
• You must be reachable and available to receive your order at the address you provided.
• Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

4. Pricing, fees and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT.

• The delivery fee for your governorate is shown before you place your order, and delivery is free above the threshold shown on the site.
• Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when you receive your order.
• You are responsible for paying the full amount due for every order you place.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Returns, refunds and the fourteen-day return window are set out in our Returns and refunds policy.

You may refuse the parcel at the door after inspecting it, at no charge.

6. Wallet and cashback

Your Qareeb wallet lets you store balance, receive refunds and earn cashback on eligible orders.

• Wallet balance and cashback can be used towards future orders and have no cash value outside Qareeb unless required by law.
• Cashback and promotional credits may carry conditions, minimum-order requirements or expiry dates, which we will make clear when they are offered.
• We may adjust or reverse wallet credits granted in error, through fraud, or in breach of a promotion's terms.

7. User conduct

When you use Qareeb, you agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and only for genuine personal orders.
• Treat our couriers, partners and support staff with respect.
• Not misuse the site, defraud us, abuse promotions, or place fake or malicious orders.
• Not attempt to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer any part of our systems.

8. Intellectual property

The Qareeb name, logo, website, app, content and software are owned by Qareeb or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the website and app to order from us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Qareeb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep the site reliable and to deliver quality products, we do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every product will always be in stock.

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Qareeb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know on the site or on WhatsApp. Placing an order after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to your use of Qareeb is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
